This Privacy Policy explains how Schedule Discount, developed by JEF Srl, collects, uses, and discloses information when installed or used with your Shopify store.

When you install and use Schedule Discount, we access certain information from your Shopify store within the limits of the authorized API scopes. The App is designed solely to manage product discounts and related product data. It does not access or read orders or customers' personal information.
Store Information
- Store identifiers: store ID, name, domain, and myshopify domain
- Relevant settings: enabled presentment currencies, primary location ID
Product and Inventory Information
(Accessed via API scopes such as read_products, write_products, read_inventory, write_inventory)
- Product details: titles, SKUs, variants, tags, pricing
- Inventory details: item IDs, stock levels, location-based availability
Discounts and Price Rule Information
(Accessed via discount/price rule API scopes such as read_discounts, write_discounts or equivalent Price Rules/Discounts API scopes)
- Discount rules: rule settings, discount type, value, start and end dates
- Product-rule associations: which products are linked to a discount rule
Location Information
(Accessed via API scope: read_locations)
- Location name, address, and associated inventory
2. How We Use Your Information
- Operate and maintain synchronization of discount rules and product-rule associations between Schedule Discount and your Shopify store
- Apply, schedule, and manage discounts and promotions on selected products
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot App-related issues
- Improve the App's functionality, reliability, and performance
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations when required
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your store data. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes
- To protect our rights, users, or the public
- With third-party service providers who support the App's operation, subject to confidentiality agreements and data protection safeguards
4. Data Retention
We retain product, inventory, and discount-rule information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or to meet legal obligations. If you wish to request deletion of the store data managed by the App, contact JEF Srl.
5. Your Rights
As the owner of a Shopify store, you may have the right to:
- Access the store data we process on your behalf
- Request corrections or updates to that data
- Request deletion of data managed by the App
- Restrict or object to processing where permitted by law
- File a complaint with a relevant data protection authority

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, Shopify platform requirements, or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The most current version will be made available via the app listing or upon request.
