The Wave Dry Gin in named for (and celebrates) the Mediterranean, so it seems like a sure-fire hit for a GinTonica! It features a good core of juniper, with just enough fresh citrus and mellow herbs running through it to balance everything out. Get yourself a balloon glass, some good tonic water, a few juniper berries and a good slice of orange - and enjoy!

Product Description
"The wave dry gin is prepared with care and dedication just at some meters away from the Mediterranean sea. In our factory in El Marsesme close to Barcelona. We macerate a selection of juniper berries ending on a traditional yet pure gin. It is the harmonious blend of character and singularity that creates a distinctive flavor and delicate aroma. As delicate as a calm sea at the same time a powerful character like the waves."
Tasting Notes
Resinous pine, a mixture of orange, lime and lemon, angelica and a hint of savoury rosemary.
