Stillhouse Black Bourbon is built from a blend of corn, rye and barley with limestone water. After distillation, it is barreled in charred new American oak, then charcoal filtered.
The finishing step sets it apart: the bourbon is rested and mellowed with roasted small batch coffee beans, carrying the boldness of the roast into soft, aromatic notes. Caramel rounds out a smooth, balanced profile.
Bottled at 750 ml, 40% ABV.
