Old Pepper Small Batch Single Malt Whiskey honors the legacy of Elijah Pepper and James E. Pepper, legendary figures in American whiskey history. This exceptional single malt represents a modern revival of historic distilling traditions with a distinctly American character.
Crafted in small batches from 100% malted barley and aged in charred American oak barrels, Old Pepper Single Malt delivers a bold, flavorful experience that bridges the gap between traditional single malts and classic American whiskey. The result is a rich, complex spirit with notes of caramel, toasted malt, vanilla, and warm spices, balanced by a smooth, satisfying finish.
This small batch expression showcases meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship, making it perfect for whiskey enthusiasts who appreciate both heritage and innovation. Enjoy neat, with a splash of water, or in premium cocktails.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Sweet malt, caramel, vanilla, and hints of oak and spice
