Rest in barrel sits at the heart of Lobos 1707 Reposado, a 750 ml tequila bottled at 40% ABV. Time in wood softens the spirit while leaving the agave clearly in place, putting this expression squarely between an unaged tequila and an a\u00f1ejo.
The profile leans on agave sweetened with vanilla and caramel, framed by oak and a gentle run of spice. Nothing dominates, which gives the tequila an even, easygoing character from start to finish.
