Bookers Bourbon Batch 2025-01E
Booker’s Bourbon represents the heart of Kentucky’s bourbon-making tradition. Crafted as a tribute to Booker Noe, the legendary sixth-generation Beam master distiller. Each release is aged in the centre-cut of the rack house, where fluctuating conditions yield the most flavourful barrels. Uncut and unfiltered, this barrel-strength bourbon is a true collector’s pour, showcasing intensity and authenticity in every sip.
- Bookers Bourbon Batch 2025-01E has aromas of inviting notes of vanilla, caramel, and butterscotch layered with hints of seasoned oak
- The palate is bold and powerful with sweet vanilla, charred oak, and a touch of baking spice, all balanced by rich barrel character
- A long, warming finish, and complex with lingering oak and a subtle sweetness that rounds off the heat of its 63.15% ABV
Perfect alongside slow-cooked barbecue, smoked brisket, or a charred ribeye steak. For a sweeter match, pair with dark chocolate or pecan pie to highlight its caramel and oak-driven richness.
